The IDHL, Institute of Human Rights of Lyon, was created in 1985 and it has been functioning constantly ever since in the field of human rights.
The IDHL proposes a multidisciplinary Law Master's Degree in Human Rights.
Covenant with the University Grenoble 2
This Master's Degree is delivered under agreement with the University Grenoble 2.
International profile
The IDHL puts a lot of emphasis on its international profile, which also ensures the high quality of the training and exchanges. The IDHL has signed several partnership agreements with universities in Africa, North America and the Middle-East.
The UNESCO Chair
Since November 2007, the IDHL has been hosting the Memory, cultures and intercultural studies UNESCO Chair.
Alumni
The IDHL has an important network of alumni which amounts to approximately 1500 members living and working on the five continents. They are very active in the field of human rights and keep in regular contact with the IDHL.
